Oil & Gas sector
API, ASME and PED certified components for upstream, midstream and downstream applications. Floating and trunnion ball valves, forged fittings, flanges and piping in steel and special alloys.
Certified for critical service
Oil & Gas applications demand the highest levels of quality, traceability and certification. Every component must withstand extreme pressures, temperatures and aggressive media while meeting stringent international standards.
Since 2015, Roffia has expanded internationally, supplying certified components to petrochemical plants across Italy, Europe and beyond. We partner with Valpres (Bonomi Group), Valbia, KSB and Spirax Sarco to ensure the highest quality and certification levels.
Solutions across the value chain
Upstream
Extraction and production: the most severe conditions. High pressures (classes 1500–2500), fluids with H₂S and CO₂, temperatures from -46°C to +200°C.
- Trunnion valves with metal-to-metal seats
- NACE materials: duplex, super-duplex, Inconel
- API 6A certification for wellhead
- FAT mandatory for major oil companies
Midstream
Transportation and storage: pipelines, compressor stations, terminals. Classes 300–600, carbon or low-alloy steel.
- Trunnion DBB (Double Block & Bleed) valves
- API 6D pipeline certification
- Pneumatic and electro-hydraulic actuators
- ESD valves with SIL certification
Downstream
Refining and distribution: variety of services (hydrocarbons, steam, acids, utilities). Mix of floating and trunnion, classes 150–600.
- Fire-safe API 607 in process areas
- Plug valves for viscous fluids
- ATEX valves for classified zones
- Forged fittings socket weld/butt weld
Ball valves — floating & trunnion
