Industrial pumps

Centrifugal, vertical multistage, submersible pumps and circulators from KSB, Ebara and other leading manufacturers. Assisted technical selection to find the right pump first time.

Standardised centrifugal pumps

EN 733 normalised, close-coupled and long-coupled. Up to 1,200 m³/h, 160 m head. Cast iron, ductile iron, stainless steel. Mechanical seal or packed gland. The workhorse of industrial pumping.

Vertical multistage pumps

Multiple impellers in series for high head in a compact footprint. Up to 120 m³/h, 250 m head. Stainless steel construction. IE3/IE4 motors, optional integrated VFD. Ideal for boiler feed, pressurisation and RO systems.

Submersible pumps

Designed to operate immersed in the pumped fluid. Up to 500 m³/h, 200 m head. Solids handling up to 80 mm. Cast iron and stainless steel, ATEX versions available. For wells, drainage, sewage and biogas digestate.

Circulators

Wet-rotor and dry-rotor circulation pumps for heating, cooling and closed-loop systems. IE5 high-efficiency models with integrated electronic speed control. Up to 300 m³/h, 18 m head. Flanged DN 25-150.

How we select the right pump

Correct pump selection starts with process data. For a targeted proposal we need: flow rate (m³/h), head (m), fluid type/temperature/viscosity, available NPSH, installation type and power supply.

Our team uses official KSB and Ebara selection software to identify the model with the best efficiency at your required duty point.

How to size an industrial pump?
For sizing you need: required flow rate (m3/h), head (m), fluid type (density, viscosity, temperature), available NPSH and installation type. Roffia technical team uses official KSB and Ebara selection software to identify the model with optimal efficiency at your duty point. Contact us with your process data for a free selection.
What is the difference between centrifugal and multistage pumps?
A centrifugal pump has a single impeller and is ideal for high flows at medium heads (up to 160 m). A multistage pump has multiple impellers in series and achieves very high heads (up to 250 m) in a compact footprint. For pressurisation and boiler feed, multistage is standard; for general industrial processes, the EN 733 normalised centrifugal pump is more versatile.
Does Roffia supply KSB and Ebara spare parts?
Yes. We supply original spare parts for KSB and Ebara: impellers, mechanical seals, bearings, maintenance kits. For the most common models we guarantee immediate availability from our Cremona warehouse. For discontinued models, we can identify the current equivalent and propose a complete replacement.
Which pump for a fire protection system?
Fire protection systems require pumps certified to UNI EN 12845 (sprinkler) or UNI 10779 (hydrants). Typically normalised centrifugal pumps with electric main motor and diesel backup motor are used. KSB and Ebara offer complete certified ranges. Sizing must comply with the flow-head curves specified by the standard for the building risk class.
